You Did This for Me
Liberator from form's ruse. I am told I have a rage issue. I punch through walls. It's because I'm not being listed to. It's because I'm not being left alone.
Life's demands are laughable. Who cares if I can make rent? I will live outside. The moon charges no rent except that I find warmth. Who cares if my work doesn't get done? What music can I make that lives up to what He makes. I am pathetic clay housing nothing but confusion and sorrow. Great liberator, liberate me from this form.
Demands demands demands. A list of demands. "Love me, hold me, talk to me". Demands demands demands. I am not your Source. Stop treating me as such. Go find your source. And leave me alone to find mine. Or if not, then walk hand in hand and only look up. Stop looking at me. I am not the moon. I am not the sun. I am not the river.
Frivolous time. Eating out again. Not breaking bread, just spending it. Summer's heat is making everyone crazy. There is too much light and everyone is blind. It is not Spring's innocence. It is youth's misguided energy. Give me Autumn's contemplation. The precursor to Winter's howl bare. Give me clear-head and focus, With just enough warmth in the afternoon.
If I have a rage issue, it is this.
